Business Studies

Business is a dynamic and relevant subject which will show you how businesses approach marketing and PR, finance, production, personnel management and strategic decision-making. You will look at how factors in the outside world affect business and society.

Our aim is to study all the major aspects of the corporate world and the significant factors which influence business performance and success. This is not a dry factual study – we concern ourselves with how real businesses are making decisions today and focus on enterprise and entrepreneurship as real life decisions.

Former students have progressed on to some of the UK’s top universities, including the University of Manchester, the University of Durham, the University of Liverpool and Lancaster University. They are reading challenging and interesting degree programmes such as Business Management, Accounting and Finances, Law with Business Studies.
