Joint Practice Development
A new approach to Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
This year at Accrington Academy we are launching a new approach to CPD to make it more relevant, tailored and specific to each staff member and their particular need or desire for development.
More than ever this year we have utilised the expertise and experience of staff here at Accrington Academy in putting together a varied Joint Practice Development programme delivered by in-house experts and enthusiasts.
What our staff have said:
The group discussions are really valuable and have helped me to consider a new approach to my practice
Listening to examples of good practice has inspired me to try new things and take a risk
