Andy O’Brien, Principal of Accrington Academy, said:

We are delighted that the hard work of students has led to a great set of results, of which each of them can be proud. We are pleased to see that the number of students achieving the highest grades continues to rise, allowing students to move confidently onto university, including those in the Russell Group, and the careers they have chosen.

Thank you also to staff who have supported our Sixth Formers through the duration of their studies and continue to set high expectations for all our students at Accrington Academy.

We are all now very excited to welcome new students into our 6th Form from Thursday. For more information, contact the Academy on 6thformenquiries@accrington-academy.org or using @aa6th on Twitter or Instagram
